This thread started a long time ago and I didn't read through all of the posts, but if people are still looking for a trade copier, for one acct. to another on the same pc, then check out MT4i.com. This have a free ea that works quite well. They also have an internet based one that you can link platforms on multiple pc's, up to 5 for free.
