ND, understood. Jut curious to ask as I know it's real hard to nail down some spammers, just like what I am experiencing in my mailbox daily, "viagra", "p-enlargement" etc.....they cant mutate into different form to spam again.
Sigh, I can imagine how hard is your job as to hunt down spammer and keep this forum in peace. I've been to different fx forums, forex-tsd to me so far is in well organized and controlled. Well done ND. Respect
2 Steinitz commercial threads were moved to 'Raw Commercial Ideas' section waiting for evaluation. Evaluation thread was already opened in Evaluate Commercial Ideas. So,I think someone with collaboration with the coder should provide some technical view.

I want to remind to all the members that every commercial thread will have evaluation thread.
Evaluation threads are something related to our forex-tsd forum. Usually commercial vendors are trying to get some well-known and reputable members to answer to them.
'Raw Commercial Ideas' threads and Commercial thjreads are something related to vendor only.
Please don't force the vendor to do something which he does not want to do in his own commercial/raw thread. Simple mention the case in our forex-tsd evaluation threads.
newdigital, if you were genuinely concerned about the commercial scammers you would have to do just one thing.
Insist that every Commercial Seller provide real-account results, which are ongoing and may be inspected at anytime by prospective buyers - otherwise, you delete their thread.
It really is that simple. This would obviously only apply to those selling EA's but it would cut all the bullshit that goes on here by at least half. The costs incurred by the seller on setting up such an account would be very little - and afterall, these EA's are actually supposed to make money...
There is only one seller that regularily posts on TSD that does this and as you well know, there is little controversy about that sytem. I, and I guess a whole lot more, cannot understand why you do not sort this out, once and for all - by simply doing what is hilighted above.
Personally, I think from the 'business' standpoint, you view all this controversy as a 'good thing' which is why you continue to permit it.
Finally,after careful consideration, I also think this 'evaluation' thing is just more nonsense - a way of continuing the arguments, while (hopefully) being seen as trying to sort it out...

One person wanted to sell pattern indicator. Can I evaluate it? No I can not. Because I do not know patterns.
The other example: one guy wants to sell something. Many people can say to him: "hi friend how you are doing?". But I do not know him ... so can I believe in him or something? People must say, right?
Evaluation is just our community opinion. It is the same as student (vendor) are presenting the thesis for a Doctor's/Marter's degree and academic council member (evaluator) from some university (forex-tsd forum) are giving some references to this thesis.
Because how it was before?
I created the rules and I fulfilled the rules and no one cared about (i mean the sellers): they did not send me anything for evaluation anything for 1 year. And the other peoblem: do I have a time for that? Probable not.
It was like that before.
So, evaluation is the following: if our community accept this seller based on 1 or few opinions (evaluation) so that's fine. Not - not. Andf it is only rules which will work.
If the evaluator decides for some particular seller to test it with real account so that's fine. If evaluator said that it is not necessaery for him so that's fine as well. Because evaluation thread is open and everyone can tell any opinion.

ElNo, it is exceptional case. I will move all the threads to Raw ideas section and then we will decide based on evaluation: to move the threads back to commercial section or to move it to Deleted section. If no evaluation - I am moving the thread to deleted section. Quick and easy.
