I am trading with IBFX, and i would like to see how they manage spreads during news releases. How can i go back and see spread history in MT4? (e.g. not just the bid price, but also the ask price)

I think only in a real time you can monitor their spread...

I have no idea about spread backtesting but you can check it in real time during the news.
It is indicaor from the first post of this thread.
And now was EUR Unemployment Rate for February. Medium impacted news event.
And the spread was increased up to 6, than 7, than 6 once again ... for very short time.
And after that - 2 once again as from the beginning.
