Time Trader
I have an EA I've written that can be easily adaptable to do this.
Do you want it to use local time, taken from your computer, or use the server time?
Server time in Interbank FX is GMT. If this is the option, do you want to enter the time in GMT or your local time, and put in the offset, such as -5 for EST?

I think this will do what you want.
Time will come from your computer time. Input the trade time using your local time. Make sure you use 24 hour format or it may not work.
I can't test it now because it needs a tick to activate. No EA does the work unless it gets a tick.

It will enter the order for the currency of the chart it is attached to.

I think this will do what you want.
It will take the trade based on your local time.
It will trade the currency of the chart it is attached to.
If you use trailing stop, make "take profit" number large enough or it will take profit there, trailing stop will be useless.
Trailing stop function will only modify orders that this program itself placed - this I have not tested yet.
Be sure to test thoroughly in demo account before trading live, this is beta version.
Also, if there is a magic time to buy or sell, that would be good to share!

If someone would be so kind... here is the system:
The system simply buys or sells at a certain time of day,
and either takes a profit or is stopped out. No indicators.
1) Must work on any pair, any timeframe.
2) Needs option for lot size
3) Needs option of buying or selling.
4) Needs option of setting the time of trade entry.
5) Needs separate T/P and S/L settings.
That's it.
