I've fixed some bugs in the code and have improved Currency and Rating filters.
Also I've added Previous news in comments and next news show different time from upcoming news.
Also EA create calendar file with name, which contain start date of current week.

If you are using 5.2 version (with fixed "1970 year error" and fixed "rating error") so all you need to do it re-start Metatrader with attached EAs.

Server time (IB) is 07.04.23...03.54 right now
my lokal time is 07.04...11.54..
So, what do I have to change in EA code ?
TimeZone -5 ?

This is the GMT broker, which I know,
Real Trader +2 GMT
FXDD +3 GMT
North Finance +3 GMT
Server time (IB) is 07.04.23...03.54 right now

What is GMT time with DST off?
It is UTC (Universal time).
Great Britain is one hour ahead of UTC during summer.
Now is 07:18:08 (GMT time with DST off; or UTC) http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/
UTC time is not changed during the summer. The brokers are chaning the time from summer time to winter time.
Alpari rus broker is on UTC+2 now during the summer time and UTC+1 during the winter. North Finance Broker is on UTC+3 now (and UTC+2 during the winter).
So, My calendar is using UTC time.
Time in our forum (on the bottom of the every page) is right:
GMT with DST off = UTC.
Alpari rus: TimeZone=2.
North Finance: TimeZone=3.
It is now. Summer time. I am not changing the time in the calendar. But brokers are shifting the time during the summer so we have the following:
Alpari rus: TimeZone=2 now and TimeZone=1 during the winter.
North Finance: TimeZone=3 now and TimeZone=2 during the winter.
Just go to this website http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/ to see UTC time (time for events in my calendar) and compare this time with your broker's time on the chart of Metatrader.
If you have the following:
UTC time +1 = your broker time
so TimeZone =1 for you.
