I enjoyed reading this thread very much and have learned much. Thanks to the contributors.
My target profit and stop loss are now more realistic. I started using this indicator but it was written before brokers moved to 5/3 digits. So I modified it and it now reports correctly in whole Pips. I'm only basic at programming and I hope my solution is correct for anyone else who may want to try it.

One thing I noticed is because I my broker has a "Sunday Candle", the ranges are slightly in error.
It would be great if some competent, kind programmer could modify this further so Sunday is merged with Monday for the calculation.
Using this version quite frequent and it is working under MT4 build 646.
