I let run my demo account on Alpari (not IBFX) over the weekend from 11/8 to date on M1 with MTF preset.
Here are the results.

Just some images about how it works:
660 dollars for this day for all 6 pairs.
Floating drawdown for all 6 pairs was about 300 or 500 so it is better to use 1 pair if deposit is not big enough.

may be - you forgot about indicators, or your broker is not allowing 0.01 lot size? or something with setting as "allow live trades"... because my EAs are trading all the time.
Mostly lot size was 0.01 and 0.02 but max lot size was 0.55 for EURCHF.
You can see it from the image (33 trades totally with 22 profitable trades):
i see that my ea's in the tree-view on the left side are not colored, they are grey. see screenshot. what does this mean?
i can see the smiley, so everything seems to be fine...?
edit: live trading is enabled and my broker allows 0.01 lot size, this cannot be the reason...
edit2: problem with color of EA's is solved. yesterday i put the ex4-files into experts-directory. now i added the mq4-files and the EA's are colored.

Check indicators, and compile EAs once again in MetaEditor.
It should be 4 indicators (incl fixed T3_VHF), and check the names of the indicators in indicator's folder (where you instal metatrader) because EA is using exact name of them.

edit: yes, i didn't use your preset-file, because i used the new version of EA. and i thought all settings inside the mq4 are the same like in your preset file.
checked everything. vhflevel was the only option which was different between your preset-file and the mq4 file. changed it in every mq4, compiled everything again.
now the EA's are colored. hope that it works now. no trades since the changes, but its ok. not much momentum in the markets right now, will watch it tomorrow.
