Using default parameters, it combines signals from 3 time frames : 1 hour, 4 hours, and if the chart is different from those 2 time frames, the current chart time frame too. All that for 4 different indicators.
That is probably the reason why it i not obvious at the first glance why it opens (or closes) orders at some particular place
