But while he can give me feedback, I don't find a link or function to give him feedback. 

No action link can be found either on feedbacks page.

I need to have an EA built for MT4 that does the following.  At 1:30 (or any time picked) it places a buy order if 2 pips above the current candle or a sell order if below the current candle. After the order is entered it sets the target price and stop loss.
