🏳️‍🌈 Unlike other traders, I have found that Pin Bars are very good as a trend following rather than a trend reversal pattern.
When price candles get outside the Bermaui Bands, volatility increases the probability of trend continuation. Here if a new Pin Bar established then it is a good trending pattern.


In this example, the GBPAUD shows a good Pin Bars setup. We can cut the trend into three phases.

👉 Phase 1. A strong and steep downtrend that ended with a lack of momentum and a breakout to the upside.
👉 Phase 2. A sideways ranging price action where the Bermaui Bands expand from each other.
👉 Phase 3. An upside breakout followed with several Pin Bars that forms a good buying opportunity.

💸 If the trader uses proper money management then he can make good profits from this trading setup.

👉 The Bermaui Quality Stick Oscillator shows several divergences that indicate the lack of momentum.

💡 Without strong volatility and accelerating momentum I think that the current uptrend might come to an end soon.

Q stick (a shortcut for Quality Stick)  is a famous candle sticks trading indicator that was invented by Tuschar Chande. The main idea of Q stick is to make a moving average from the difference between the close and the open on the candles on the chart. According to the author if you are a candle stick trader then this indicator will help you to see the short term changes on the chart much better, because Q stick go in the heart of the candle stick theory which is the candle body.

The Pin bar you mentioned is not outside the Bermaui Bands so, it might not lead to an uptrend.

I suggest using the "Bermaui Manual EA" with the BPB to help you enter/exit with profits. You can find it here:
