Hello and thanks for renting my indicator :-)

Please install the indicator from the Market tab in each of your MT5 installations. You also need to make sure that you have connected each MT5 installation with you Community account. It must be the same account as the one you used when you rented the indicator. Please see the screenshots below.

I'm new to trading and still learning I would like to ask a question.

What does is mean when a down trend was spotted by lets say MACD diversion "solid line" and at the same time a bullish trend continuation was also spotted "doted line" also by MACD or other indicators ?

Hi and thanks for your message.

What you have showed on the screenshot is something which will always happen when you are using many divergence indicators/oscillators. There are conflicting signals which you have to pay extra attention before taking any trading desicions. Obviously price it stalling which could indicate a trend reversal. This is also supported by a lower low during the last 15 candles. If you intend to go short I would wait for a trendline break-out (see my screenshot) though. On the other hand I see a red line on your chart which I presume is MA 50 or MA 200. This means that the trend is still pointing up. Hard to say what to do. I cannot see the symbol and time frame on your screenshot.

I bought the indicator and it does not issue the divergence alert, nor does it open the window on the screen warning about the divergence.

Hi and thanks for buying my indicator :-)

As mentioned in the parameter description (please see screenshot below) pop-up alerts will not come when you have set Custom sound alert to True. Only the sound. This is for some strange reason done by design in Metatrader. In other words it is not programatically possible to get both a custom sound together with a pop-up alert. Please set the value in the 'Custom sound alert' to False and you will get both sound and pop-up alert.

I made the change as in the image you sent me, but it continues without sending any sign or warning of the divergence.

Without emitting the signal it is difficult to work, I have to stand looking at the screen all the time so as not to miss the moment of entry. I have already missed several moments of noise due to not sending the sound signal.

I purchased this indicator today. It looks good, but it's giving me too many signals :-)

I would only like to see the divergence lines go from top to top or bottom to bottom on the RSI and on the price.Is it possible to make this change or do I need to change something in the parameters?

how to take off the 40 SMA on the screen??
