Hello MetaQuotes Support Team, I have a verified MQL5 account with the username zhou3186_trade. My wallet currently has 41 USD available balance, which is enough to purchase the 3-month popular VPS plan priced at 39 USD. My account mobile phone number has been fully bound and verified on the security page. However, I have been unable to complete the VPS purchase for a long time. No matter I operate inside the MT5 terminal or the official MQL5 website page, after I select the 3-month VPS package and click the rent button, the payment page keeps spinning and loading infinitely due to network request timeout, and it never jumps to the successful payment page. I have tried switching home broadband, mobile hotspot, clearing browser cache and using incognito mode, but the problem remains the same. I have contacted the built-in MQL5 Helper AI customer service many times, but the robot could not understand my network page loading issue and failed to transfer me to human support. Could you please check whether there is any access restriction on my account for the VPS payment interface? Or please manually create the 3-month VPS subscription order for my account and deduct the fee directly from my wallet balance. Looking forward to your reply, thank you very much.
