Hello, I have purchased the indicator but I have found some issues. Seems that the tool just discharge the indicator data at its original settings. For example, if the original period for SMA is 14, and I change it to 10 it will still download the data of the 14 period setting. It is possible fix it ? Thanks

Thank you for your comment. Do you have the issue with one or all indicators?

and the SMA that you are using is the one under Trend in the navigator or a custom indicator ?(if it's a custom indicator, please send me a screenshot of the indicator parameters tab).

Thanks for your reply !! actually I read it last night but I was already in bed. The issue is happening with most of the custom indicators. Once I change the parameters data is not reflected in the data extracted table. Find attached an example for one of the indicator I am testing. I used a code to show how the numbers should be at differents periods (7/14/21). Thanks and appreciate your help as I need get the data around 50 ind changing their parameters.

I tried on one under the trend list and it works. But most of the data I need will come from custom indicators.

Only let's you download 100 bars of data. This makes it almost unusable for any data analysis. Is there any way to download much larger data sets (like, 100,000 bars)?

Hi,


The report tab will give you a sample of data (100 rows), to download more than 100 bars, please use the second tab.

in the download tab you have the total bars that can be updated to have 100000 bars (depending on the number of bars available in your terminal).

For some reason I have problems with the download section... It doesnt download the desired files.


Can you please add the bars function (how many bars you want to download) to the section 'report'?

The problem is that the ea doesnt recognize the correct buffer values. 
It gives me the value of buffer0 for all six buffers.
Indicator I tried it with is:
Cumulative Delta MT4‘ (downloaded directly from mql market)

which tab is selected? can you select others tab to test the panel?

in the Terminal Experts tab, do you have any error?


Please close the chart/restart the Metatrader and try again.

The tool connect to your indicator buffers in order to get the data, if the TC indicator is not sending values, then the column will show 0.

Please check if you have any error in the Experts tab, and try with other indicators for test.

Hi Lisa,

The extractor is working on custom indicators that sending values through buffers regardless of the imports methods,

Please check the buffer values and also the Expers/journal tabs.
