Hi can you fix the PZ Trade Pad Pro MT5.

Problems I encountered (tested on XAUUSD, US30, and NAS100):

- Partial Position Closing: It automatically takes partials on profit, it's not following the Trigger either I set it to 10 pips or 100 pips, it takes partials right away in profit. 

Can you create a UI for the Partials so its easier to visualize where it will take profit on our charts like the SL and TP line.

- Breakeven: same issue with Partial Position Closing, it triggers right away as soon as my position is in profit. I think the problem is that the EA is reading the Trigger in Points not in Pips. I tried it on my open position, I set the BE on 100 pips, but it triggered on 10 pip (100points). But its different experience when I'm trading US30 and NAS100.

I like your product thats why I bought it hoping that it will improve my trading experience, I love your Free version, no problems on that. I just want to have a better UX on taking partials and breakeven.

Good evening I purchased the PZ Trade Pad Pro  for MT5.

It was working fine until I got it installed on another machine, meaning i have it working on two separate machine. 

Since this install the break even has stopped working and keeps moving me to break even even though it has not met the breakeven criteria. basically costing me as it keeps moving to break even and the closing my trade out

I have deleted and reinstalled and it is still doing the same thing. I followed the troubleshooting instructions and still meeting the same issues 

Please can you advice

I purchased the PZ Trade Pad Pro for MT5 yesterday and I have a problem: when I double-click on the p-line buttom to leave it at the current price of the asset to open a market order, it doesn't update the distance above the SL-line and the stop loss is in the wrong place.

Hi, I am having some issues with the Trade Manager. The Trade Manager adjusts the trailing stop loss on pairs that I do not have the EA running on. Additionally, there are multiple issues with the trailing stop loss feature. It moves the stop loss even when the specified criteria have not been met.

For example, I set the EA to move the stop loss when the trade is 40 pips in profit on a forex pair like EURUSD, with the stop loss also set to 40 pips. This should move the trade to breakeven and then continue trailing by 40 pips as the trade moves further into profit. However, the EA moves the stop loss as soon as the trade is only slightly in profit and does not wait until the 40-pip requirement is reached. Because of this, it closes my successful trades prematurely before they reach their intended targets.

Is there any way to fix this? I have been a fan of your products for a long time and have been eagerly waiting to purchase this particular EA.It’s sad that there are so many issues so soon after I purchased it

I strongly advise against purchasing this EA.

I have been experiencing multiple serious issues with the product, and neither the seller nor MQL5 has provided any meaningful support. Initially, the seller was unresponsive. After I contacted the MQL5 service desk, the seller began replying, but only with generic explanations that did not address the actual problems I reported.

The EA itself does not function as advertised. The trailing stop loss triggers before the defined conditions are met and even modifies trades on pairs where the EA is not attached, causing trades to close prematurely. These issues make the product unreliable and unusable for my strategy.

I have repeatedly contacted both the seller and MQL5 support requesting a refund. The service desk asked for video proof, which I provided, along with detailed explanations and multiple follow-ups. Since then, both the seller and MQL5 service desk have been ignoring my messages.

The support system itself is also frustrating—service desk chats automatically expire within a short time (about 1–2 days), forcing you to constantly monitor and reopen tickets just to keep your request active. I currently have multiple expired or ignored tickets regarding the same issue and refund request.

Based on the response times before and after submitting evidence, it is clear that my messages are being intentionally ignored.

For transparency, I have attached a Google Drive folder below that includes:

-Video evidence of the EA malfunction
-Full message exchanges with the seller
-All communication with the MQL5 service desk regarding my refund request


At this point, I am not receiving any help from either the seller or MQL5.

My advice:

-Do NOT buy this EA
-Avoid sellers with limited reviews or poor support history
-If possible, avoid purchasing EAs from MQL5 altogether if this is the level of support you can expect when issues arise

There are far more reputable sellers and platforms available that actually support their customers and honor refund requests.
