My MQL5 Account got hosed up and now I have no access to all the Indicators and Adviors that I have purchased over the years. 
The funny thing is MQL Support say there is on User or Email when I try to reset password, but when I try to re-register with the same User and Email, it says already being used. 
I've reached a few different ways to get help, but I don't think there is a real person there to help. 

Are you willing to provide me access to the "Multi Chart Crosshairs MT5" under this new account, considering I just purchased this within the past 6 weeks?

I understand this is a business... I'm not looking for a handout, just trying to get back access to the indicator I purchased.
