Hi,

it will not work on MT4. I have a MT4 version though . Since it was a mistake, and you probably also did not activate the product yet, you can contact the Service desk here and ask them to cancel the transaction (please see the screenshot below). I recommend to always make purchases from within the MT terminal. Then it will not be possible to buy a wrong version.

Hi Jan, I have just purchased and installed this indicator. But I don't see any panel on my screen. It gives some Error message, that AUDCAD is not included in my Marketwatch, but I want to scan a list of stocks. What am I doing wrong?

Hi and many thanks for buying my scanner :-)

As mentioned in the product's blog you will need to adjust the values in the 'Symbols to scan' input parameter and put the stocks you would like to scan there. Another option is the set the value in the 'Use symbols from market watch instead' to True. In this case I do not recommend to have more than 40 symbols in the Market watch window. This is due to performance reasons.

Hello and thanks for your message. You have the possibility to cancel the purchase within 7 days. But only if you did not yet activate the product. I have assumed that you have already activated it.

If I have understood it correctly you want the patterns to be drawn. As mentioned in the product description yhey will be drawn on the chart which will open up when you click on a signal in the panel. If you are unsure how this works then I would be happy to show you everything by screenshots, If you would allow me to connect remotely to your machine I can also show you live.

Hello Erik,

please make sure that the symbols given in the 'Symbols to scan' input parameter are written in the exact same format as visible in the Market Watch window. Some brokers add a prefix to the symbols. For instance 'EURUSDpro'. Then you need to change it in that input parameter.
