Why always bad request when I use AlertToTelegram mode?

Hi, I tried Alert to Telegram mode but it's not sending the test alerts to telegram. If I switch to normal mode, the messages appear in telegram. I tried every tip I found here. How do I fix it? Best regards.

hi i cheked it today. all working ok (ver 1.91)

In my terminal it looks the same, it says it would work. But the alterts don't appear in Telegram.
