Hello Victor, When TicksTrade=true then Smart Scalper PRO trading logic will be executed on every tick. When TicksTrade=false then the trading logic will be executed on every 1 minute bar.

I will check why the parameter AllowedHour_ForBacktest doesn't work and let you know later.

Hello again, I just published a new version 1.4 of Smart Scalper PRO. I have fixed a small bug related to this parameter: AllowedHour_ForBacktest. Now it should work as explained here: this parameter is only for backtesting! It helps optimizing the Time Management system. Here is how you can use it. During the optimization set start value 0, end value 23 and the step 1. You can optimize only one day per optimization. For example you want to optimize the forbidden hours for Monday, you have to disable other days bay settings TuesdayTrading=false ... to ... FridayTrading=false. At the end of the optimization the tester will show you the best hours for trading on Monday. You can add the bad hours in the parameter MondayForbiddenHours separated by comma, for example: 1,4,6.

You are welcome. If this set file shows better results for you then you can use it. There is no problem at all. Everyone is free to make its own optimization. But always make your optimization for long period of time. Only this way you can cover most of the market movements.
