To a certain extent, but with Meta Quotes VPS you have no desktop so can't interact with the EA, via its panel, or see what is going on. Could easily run into problems that wouldn't be able to solve due to lack of visibility. Highly recommend an ordinary VPS with a desktop. 

Is it possible to use Strategy Builder only for closing trade?  If so, please explain how to use.

Yes. The configured Magic Number of Strategy Builder (set in CONFIG button | General Settings) needs to match what the third party EA is using then our EA will take over the trade and operate with configured rules.

Please is it possible to load different indicators into the Strategy builder + optimizer? If possible how? I have my preferred indicators I would have wish to use.

If you go to CONFIG button | Tools and enter **  in the Code box (can also use selection list) and click Remove then will set back to default

Please can these lines be permanently removed/disabled? What would be the effect on the EA performance if the lines are disabled?

Would the TF level still be activated when the price reach the preset points with the lines disabled?

You can use the 'Lines' button one the panel toolbar to hide those lines. Also if you upgrade to latest version then in CONFIG | Display there is a SL/TP line visibility setting you can change (about midway down the pop-up) to always hide. 

Shouldn't noticeably affect performance with those lines shown.
