MNFM Trade Reports
New in version 1.10
Current page and total pages are shown between the navigation arrows. Opening a symbol, magic or comment filter refreshes account data. Filter headings show the active open/closed scope and available value count. Available symbols come from open trades and loaded closed history, subject to the active filters.
New in version 1.08
A fixed TOTAL row sums all filtered trades across every page: trade count, lots, realized net, floating net, commission/fees, swap, net P/L and contribution percentage. TOTAL is also included in CSV and HTML exports. DETAILS additionally totals raw trading profit. AutoFit reserves space for TOTAL. The count heading now reads Trades, and redundant sort buttons were removed; sorting remains available directly from every column heading.
A free, read-only trade reporting indicator for MetaTrader 5. Review open and closed trading records, combine filters, compare results by symbol, magic number or comment, and export the selected report locally. The indicator does not place, modify or close trades.
Explore the records you choose
- Open, closed or combined records, with realized and floating net results shown separately.
- Details view with symbol, magic number, comment, lots, profit, commission, swap, net P/L and contribution percentage. Hover the ticket for direction and timestamps.
- Group by trading symbol, magic number or comment. Totals cover all filtered pages.
- Multiple selections in each Symbol, Magic and Comment list, search, Select All and Clear All.
- Contextual options and counts: each list shows values used under the other active filters. Its own selections are ignored when building its options, so deselected choices remain available.
- Date, direction and result filters. All time, today, this broker week/month or editable custom dates.
- Click any table column heading to sort descending, then ascending. The active heading shows v or ^. Whole-result sorting applies before pagination.
- AutoFit adjusts row count and panel scale to chart space. Four corners, alternating row colors and adjustable dimensions.
- CSV and HTML exports include the entire filtered grouped table and underlying records, filter metadata, snapshot time and currency.
Net results and percentages
Net P/L equals trading profit plus signed commission/fees plus swap. Each row percentage is row net divided by the absolute filtered total net, multiplied by 100. Profits stay positive and losses stay negative. Percentages can exceed 100% when gains and losses offset each other. A total with absolute value below 0.005 displays N/A. For a negative total, contributions sum to -100%.
Realized and floating results are separate. Closed win rate uses positive-net closed records divided by all closed records. Closed profit factor uses positive closed net results divided by the absolute negative closed net results; no closed losses displays N/A. Lots sum is the volume of matching records, not current monetary exposure or money at risk. Trading symbols are not account currencies.
Filtering and dates
Click GROUP: MAGIC, GROUP: SYMBOL or GROUP: COMMENT to open that multi-selection filter directly. VIEW opens a menu for Details, Symbol, Magic or Comment grouping. Choosing a grouped view also opens its value selector. APPLY closes the selector.
Selections within one list use OR. Symbol, Magic and Comment filters use AND together. List counts describe available used values under the other filters, not a selected/total ratio. All/Clear affects the entire list, including search-hidden values. New values are automatically included only while a list remains in All mode. Selections reset when the indicator is reattached or inputs change.
Closed records use close time; open records use open time. An open position opened before the date window is excluded. All date presets use broker time. Custom fields accept YYYY.MM.DD HH:MM; the ending minute is inclusive. ALL and NOW remove the respective bound. Selecting no values in a list can yield no matching records.
Platform accounting
MT4 reads open market orders and the history loaded in the terminal. Select All History in Account History before using the report. MT4 historical partial closures are separate records. Commission and swap use broker order fields.
MT5 sorts available buy/sell execution history by execution time and ticket. Opening commission and fees are held with the position and allocated pro rata to closing volume on exits. The unallocated portion remains with the open volume. Reversal deal charges split between closing and opening volume. Exit profit and swap are realized; future closing commission is not estimated. Opening magic and comment identify the record, including manually closed trades.
If different opening magics or comments contribute to a netting position, it is labeled Mixed / (Mixed position), rather than assigning all results to a single strategy. Missing entry cost history marks data incomplete and disables export. MT5 partial exit deals are separate records; counts can differ from MT4 or basket counts.
Deposits, withdrawals, credits, canceled pending orders and separate broker balance/commission adjustments are excluded. Those adjustments are not attributed to individual trades. Broker history availability limits every report. The filtered report need not equal the whole-account balance or equity change.

The panel status and terminal log show the filename. CSV is UTF-8 with formula-neutralized text fields. HTML escapes comments. No report is uploaded or sent externally. The indicator requires no DLL, external feed or WebRequest and has no developer account/broker restrictions.
