Celeng Scalper IHS Expert Advisor is a fully automated scalping robot for MetaTrader 5. It is built for fast markets on the M1 and M5 timeframes. It focuses on quality over quantity: it skips choppy, low-quality setups and manages every open trade with a points-based trailing system.
It runs on its own with no manual input. You attach it to a chart, set your risk, and it handles entries, stop loss, take profit, break-even, trailing and its own safety checks.
Key Features
Smart Entry Engine
- Two entry styles in one robot: momentum crossover entries and breakout entries.
- Every entry waits for a confirmed, closed candle. It does not trade mid-candle noise.
- A built-in trend filter only allows trades in the direction of the larger trend.
Anti-Whipsaw Protection
Whipsaw (a quick reversal right after entry) is a common cause of scalping losses. Before opening a trade, the EA checks that:
- The market has enough directional strength, not just a weak move.
- The signal candle is strong, with a solid body and a close beyond key levels.
- The market is not choppy, with too many recent direction changes.
- The market is not flat, with too little recent price movement.
- Price has not already stretched too far from its average, so the EA does not chase it.
If a signal fails any check, the EA skips it. The dashboard shows the reason for the last skipped signal.
Precision Trailing Stop (Points Only)
- The trailing stop uses fixed point values, so it behaves the same way on every symbol.
- It starts only after the trade has reached your profit target and held it for a set number of seconds, so a one-tick spike cannot start it.
- Once it is active, the stop only moves in your favor, never backward.
- A minimum step prevents constant tiny stop-loss modifications.
Loss Guard
- After a losing trade, the EA pauses for a set number of bars.
- It can block the same direction for a few bars after a loss, so it does not repeat the same mistake.
- After several losses in a row, it pauses automatically to let the market settle.
Flexible Risk Management
- AutoLot: lot size is calculated from your risk percentage and stop loss distance.
- Fixed lot mode is also available.
- Stop loss and take profit can be fixed points or volatility-based.
- Optional daily loss limit and daily trade limit.
- Margin check before every order, so it will not open a trade your account cannot support.
Break-Even Protection
Moves your stop loss to entry plus a small offset once the trade is in profit. The offset can cover the spread.
Other Filters and Controls
- Maximum spread filter, which avoids trading during wide-spread conditions.
- Optional trading session filter (server hours).
- Maximum open positions and cooldown between entries.
- Option to close a position on an opposite signal.
- Separate switches for Buy and Sell.
Live Dashboard
Shows status, spread, signal, trend, lot size, floating profit, daily profit/loss, win/loss count, loss streak and the last rejected signal.
Broker-Friendly
- Detects the correct order filling mode automatically.
- Respects minimum stop and freeze levels.
- Works on 4-digit and 5-digit brokers.

Run one chart per symbol, and keep the Magic Number different if you run several copies of the EA on the same symbol.
Important: The default point values suit a typical 5-digit forex symbol. Symbols such as VOL80 and other indices have different point scales. Please adjust the stop loss, take profit, trailing, break-even and filter values to match each symbol’s volatility. Test before trading live.

How to Start
- Attach the EA to an M1 or M5 chart of a recommended symbol.
- Enable Algo Trading in MT5 and allow automated trading for the EA.
- Start on a demo account first, and adjust the point-based inputs to your symbol and broker.
- Check that your spread is below InpMaxSpread .
- Use a VPS for continuous operation.
Backtesting tip: use “Every tick based on real ticks” with good-quality data. Scalping results depend heavily on spread, slippage and data quality.
