The issue is caused by different symbol suffixes between the two brokers and can be resolved via the expert’s Symbol Mapping section,
 as clearly explained in the provided PDF and  in the product description. Support was offered, but no further response was received.

This issue is related to Symbol Mapping.

Your Master account is using XAUUSD, while your Slave broker uses GOLD#.
Because the symbol names are different, the trade cannot be copied automatically.

Please open the **Symbol Mapping** section in the copier settings and add this mapping:

XAUUSD:GOLD#

If you are not sure about the exact symbol names, please take **screenshots from BOTH terminals**:

• Master MetaTrader → Market Watch (showing XAUUSD)
• Slave MetaTrader → Market Watch (showing GOLD#)

Make sure the trading symbol is clearly visible in both screenshots.
Send them to us, and we will create the correct mapping for you.
You can then simply paste it into the Symbol Mapping field on the Slave account.

Once Symbol Mapping is configured correctly, XAUUSD trades will copy without any issues.

Until both symbols are correctly defined in the Symbol Mapping section, a full connection cannot be established.

Therefore, please make sure to enter the following exact setting in the **Symbol Mapping** section on the Slave broker:

XAUUSD:GOLD#

Also, please ensure that the **Master ID** and **Slave Number** are entered correctly, exactly as explained in the product description.

When using **2 Master accounts and 1 Slave account**, Symbol Mapping needs to be configured for each Master separately on the Slave.

For example:
- Master 1 trades XAUUSD → Slave broker uses GOLD#
- Master 2 trades EURUSD → Slave broker uses EURUSDm

In the **Symbol Mapping** section of the copier on the Slave, enter:

XAUUSD:GOLD#  
EURUSD:EURUSDm

Each Master symbol must have its corresponding Slave symbol mapping.  
This ensures trades from both Masters are copied correctly to the Slave account.

If you are not sure about the exact symbols, please take screenshots of the Market Watch from **both Master terminals and the Slave terminal** and send them to us.  
We can create the correct mappings for you to paste directly into the Symbol Mapping field.

Once set correctly, the Slave will replicate trades from both Masters without any issues.

To receive trades from two Masters on a single Slave, you need to open **two separate charts** on the Slave.  
Chart 1 → Master 1  
Chart 2 → Master 2  

Each chart must have its own Master ID and Symbol Mapping.  
The Slave will not accept a duplicate Master on the same chart.  

This setup allows both Masters to work independently and copy trades to the Slave without conflicts.

I Can't get the Slave Account to Connect to the Master. Both are running, interface a little bit weird but functional, i even got VPS for both Accounts but the Slave Account still isn't shown in the Master Interface. Please tell me how to fix it

Thank you for the details. The issue is that this copier is a **Local Copier**, which means it only works when both the Master and Slave accounts are running on the **same VPS or computer**. If you run the Master on one VPS and the Slave on another, the copier cannot transfer the positions between them. To fix this, please make sure both the Master and Slave accounts are running on the same VPS or local machine.

I got a Windows VPS on which I can now run multiple MT5 setups at once and now it Works great. Thanks for the help!

Please ensure that the suffixes and prefixes of the symbols on the Master and Slave accounts match exactly. If there is any difference, you need to apply the appropriate Symbol Mapping in the copier settings, as described in the product description and guide.

Also, please ensure that the copier is only active on **one chart per MetaTrader**. Having the copier on multiple charts across different pairs can cause conflicts and issues. To avoid this, activate the copier only on **one chart per MetaTrader**.

As a recommended setup, please close all charts and restart both MetaTrader platforms. Then, test the copier with **default settings** on both the Master and Slave accounts.

So, you will have **one MetaTrader as the Master**, with the copier activated on only one chart. On other MetaTrader terminals, only one chart should have the copier activated as the Slave. You can have other charts for your EAs, but the Master chart should be limited to one only.

This approach should resolve the issues you are facing.

If the issue persists, it seems you may be using cryptocurrencies. For better results, we recommend testing with standard currency pairs like XAUUSD or EURUSD.
