Hello friends,
I'd like to share my experience using:
Copy Cat More Trade Copier MT5
and
Copy Cat More Trade Copier MT4
I've purchased both versions, and here are the key points to pay attention to:
1️⃣ Master Account ID
(I simply use the trading account number as the ID—easy to remember.)
Each computer or VPS must have one unique ID.
For SLAVE accounts, the copier scans the entire system looking for this number to follow.

Simply put, the numbers in the master account cannot be repeated on the same computer or VPS. If they are repeated, confusion will occur.

2️⃣ Slave Account ID
(Same as above—I use the trading account number to keep things simple.)
Each MT4 or MT5 executable can only run one trading account with one chart window, and only one instance of Copy Cat More Trade Copier MT5 or MT4 EA should be attached.
3️⃣ Master Account Configuration
- Master ID: Enter this Master account ID number
- Slave ID: Leave blank
This marks the account as the Master on this computer/VPS, waiting for a SLAVE to connect.
4️⃣ Slave Account Configuration
- Master ID: Enter the ID of the Master account you want to follow
- Slave ID: Enter this specific Slave ID
This allows MT4/MT5 to correctly link the designated Master and Slave accounts.
5️⃣ System Performance
Ensure your computer or VPS has stable internet and sufficient CPU performance.
If there's a lag over 25 seconds with no response, trades could be missed.
During U.S. trading hours, I monitor CPU usage to ensure it stays below 50%.
So far, this setup has never missed a market or pending order.
6️⃣ Default Settings Work Well
If you handle the above setup properly, most of Copy Cat's default settings will be sufficient.
7️⃣ Symbol Recognition
I will use automatic recognition
If symbol recognition continues to fail, I switch brokers.
Avoid overly specialized brokers; choose stable ones.
8️⃣ Connection Stability
I use stable mode.
I use stable network connections to ensure consistent syncing.
9️⃣ Lot Size Control
FIXED LOT fixed lot size
I personally calculate a fixed lot of 0.01 for every $1000 USD.
Once calculated, I enter it manually for better control.
🔟 Magic Number & Trade Comments
I align them with the Master account for easier trade management.

I have upated Copy Cat More to improve on Better Price features, now it has Better Price by account Added beside Better Price by Trade.   You can set Copy Cat to copy trades that is having drawdown, in favor of bigger profits or lowered risk



You now can control better price by gross money (can be - or +), by total points, by average points per trade or by average money. The latter 2 options are very convinent when the master continues to add trades.





Special highlight of this features:
- able to positive oe negative offset to the prices of Master and Slave, price difference between different brokers can be prominent.

Copy Cat can be used to self copy (master and slave same account), it can be used to magnify the trade size and duplicated trades can be managed by Copy Cat features and functions. Here are the special setfiles.

You need not pay for lot magnifier EA/Utility!!

Unique feature of Copy Cat More: Copy filter by Master Lot Size, can be used to copy or not to copy certain Martingale system trades, and copy those with good chance of reversal.








Section 63: Lot Size Filter

Filters trades after your lot calculation/rounding. You can either allow only a range or allow only outside a range (i.e., block the middle band). Boundaries are unordered: the EA will auto-resolve small and big from LotSizeBoundary1/2 .

Inputs

  • LotSizeFilterType (LOTSIZEFILTERTYPE)

    • LotSizeFilterOff – No filtering.

    • LotSizeFilterBoundary – Allow only inside the inclusive range [small … big] .

    • LotSizeFilterOffBoundary – Allow only outside the range (i.e., x ≤ small or x ≥ big ).

  • LotSizeBoundary1 (double) – Range boundary (unordered).

  • LotSizeBoundary2 (double) – Range boundary (unordered).

Notes
• The filter is inclusive on the edges in both modes.
• “Unordered” means you can set 2 & 0.5 or 0.5 & 2 — the EA resolves them to [0.5 … 2] .
• If you only care about a minimum, set the upper boundary very large.

Examples (Quick Recipes)

  • Copy only lot size ≥ 3.0

    • LotSizeFilterType = LotSizeFilterBoundary

    • LotSizeBoundary1 = 3.0

    • LotSizeBoundary2 = 999999.0

  • Copy only 0.10–1.00 lots

    • LotSizeFilterType = LotSizeFilterBoundary

    • LotSizeBoundary1 = 0.10

    • LotSizeBoundary2 = 1.00

  • Block the middle band 0.50–2.00 (copy only ≤0.50 or ≥2.00)

    • LotSizeFilterType = LotSizeFilterOffBoundary

    • LotSizeBoundary1 = 0.50

    • LotSizeBoundary2 = 2.00

  • Disable lot size filtering

    • LotSizeFilterType = LotSizeFilterOff

Now Copy Cat More tracking both daily and session performance metrics. It monitors start balance/equity, PnL (absolute and percentage), high/low equity levels, drawdown measurements (absolute and percentage), and total lots traded for both daily and session periods. The function also tracks managed trades including position counts, order counts, floating PnL, commission, swap, and profit ranges. It outputs a formatted 2-column text layout comparing daily vs session stats, with a separate section for managed trades, making it ideal for live account monitoring and intraday performance tracking.
