We did not delete the signal because the account was blown , that did not happen and could never possibly happen with the right lot size it dropped around 300 pips how it could blow the account?
We removed the previous strategy because we are implementing a new signal for a completely different strategy as part of the latest Expert Advisor update
This new strategy is totally unrelated to the old one and follows a more structured logic with only one trade every one or two days, using fixed and visible stop loss and take profit

The EA is built to protect the account as long as the correct risk settings are followed
Our official recommendation is 0.01 lots per 500 dollars
At that setting, the maximum loss on a full SL with 11 trades would be around 5 percent, which is reasonable and recoverable

In your case, the issue came from using very high lot sizes, between 0.15 and 0.18, on a small balance
The EA does not adjust lot sizes automatically, so these settings were either manually entered or misconfigured
If you had contacted us earlier, we could have helped you properly configure your risk settings

We take care of every user and respond to each technical request individually
It is unfair and misleading to blame the EA for losses caused by incorrect usage

Your account could be cent account and misleading as well no one would risk like that blindly
We are considering filing a formal complaint with MQL5 regarding the damage to our reputation caused by this misleading feedback

Please make sure your broker supports micro lot size 0.01
