Hi Simone,

Try from the mql5 market website, then try from the Metatrader platform too.

Do 2-3 attempts.

If still not work, try to contact the "Service desk" in your profile, as this is an mql5 issue and I can't solve it from my side. (as seller)

They will be able to solve.

Update me on the situation, also in private if you prefer
