Need a simple script asap and then an EA for metatrader 4

Script Needed

 I need a script that I can make calls like: 

OpenChart("EURUSD",1440, "default.tpl"); 
OpenChart("USDCHF",1440, "alternative1.tpl"); 
OpenChart("USDJPY",1440, " alternative2.tpl"); 


and have the charts open. As well, I also need a delay variable to allow for a number of seconds between each chart opening. 

EA Needed

I also need an expert adviser that will

1) close orders that hit a specified profit/loss amount, based on the lot size.

ie.

if a .1 lot size, close order if profit/loss == $100

if a .25 lot size, close order if profit/loss == $250

Parameter names should be:

CloseOrderIfProftPerLot=1000 (this would result in a .1 lot being closed at a profit of $100)

CloseOrderIfLossPerLot=2500 (this would result in a .1 lot being closed if floating loss was $250)

I would like to create both of these asap and will make a decision on this within 3 business days (ie. Wed next week). The EA might include trailing stop functionality in the future.

Developer must be fluent in English, preference given to those people who have developed EAs previously. Please include a cost estimate.
