Indicator trade Alert Matrix Indicator/EA

I'm in need of a panel indicator that will monitor roughly 8 pairs - it must contain extern settings to define which pairs to monitor. This tool will be added to one chart and take over the screen of the chart is was added to.

The panel should list the said pairs and then show the current signals ie signals that have been given in the last 1 hour. all older signals can be found in the trade log text file.

This indicator is to  reference another indicator which will map out what it deems standard deviation of the mean price when looking back 12 weeks of data and then forecasts forward 1 hr in time. 

With that being said the attached indicator already does all of the above.

The Matrix Alert indicator is simply going to monitor the defined pairs for when price touches the SD levels defined in the extern parameter.ie I should be able to set it to Standard deviation 2.5 and it will then only send through alerts when price touches that standard deviation of 2.5  above or below the mean price.

-Optional signal filter to define the candle that results in hitting these levels. IE 1 min candle that results in the breach of the upper or lower STDV 2.5 lines must have been 5 pips or above in size. This filter should have on/off option IF set to OFF it will simply sent all occurrences when price first breaches these SD levels defined.

-Notifications this should be in the form of push & pop alerts and should advise of (Pair name - Breached STDV (2.5)  Time Price * If Upper STDV lvl is hit this is considered a sell of its the lower level its considered a Buy signal

-Lastly i want to be able to define 3 sets of times this tool would be enabled/disabled. ie only run between x & Y hr based on broker time and have the option for 3 different time sets to define so we can plug in London Open, NY Open and London Close dependently

-All Signals should report to a log file

Code should be clean with notes added - Code remains our intellectual property and is not to be made available elsewhere.
