Fix my EA and Indicator

My EA and Indicator lock to specific account numbers. Now the bug I have is when you reboot the computer and load the MT4 platform again either the EA or Indicator say the account isn't activated even though it's on the right account number. That's the error message you would get if you put the wrong account number in. 

This needs to be fixed and should be an easy job 

The source code must be provided after the EA and indicator are fixed 

By accepting of this project if the error message appears again after final payment is made I would expect you to find the problem to fix it.
