Creating a MT5 EA from a TOS indicator

I’m needing to translate a TOS indicator and strategy into MT5 EA system. I can also supply some MT4 and 5  indicators that you “may” be able to reference but this EA system’s core conditions need to be based on the TOS version. So it’s important that you know and understand both TOS and MT5 code and are an expert in setting up successful EAs for this job. After translating the TOS code there will be some additional conditions added such as time to/ not to trade, money management, meeting RSI settings, etc. I will also need guidance/work done with MT5’s back testing and optimizing of the EA. Overall I’m also looking for someone who can make recommendations to optimize this EA based off of their past experience/expertise. As we finalize the costs of this project we can make sure that you are compensated for your time providing input and feedback. Once the EA is done I may have additional updates or add AI to it but to keep things simple these updates will be developed as additional jobs in the future.

Qualities in a freelancer I'm looking for would be one who knows TOS and is an expert in MT5 code and is very experienced developing and testing EA systems. This would include a deep knowledge of essential EA system requirements (including money management and preventing repainting) and backtesting/optimization. Before starting work I do have a Non-Compete I would ask for you to sign and return and a Design Brief with more job specifics and indicators that can be referenced for this job. Of course we can make updates if more clarity is needed.

Note: Since I will be out of town mid to late August this project can start then. Because of this even if you are booked with work this job might still work with your schedule.
