Expert needed for Modification of OsMa(12,26,9) for MT4

I need someone to modify MT4 OsMA(12,26,9) indicator. I need to add more functions in OsMA as mentioned below:

1. When OsMa crosses zero from above zero-line, small red circle should appear in the intersection point.

2. When OsMa crosses zero from below zero-line, small green circle should appear in the intersection point.

3. When OsMa crosses zero-line, there should be POP-UP message with sound. Message should tell me the pair of currency and direction of OsMA. For example, in EUR/USD M15 chart, when OsMa Crosses zero-line from above zero to indicate SELL signal; POP-UP message should tell that in EUR/USD chart there is Down Cross and there is SELL signal. Message should be like this:

A. For SELL (for Example)

2018.07.09 04:30 | EURUSD | OsMa Dn Cross

B. For BUY (for Example)

2018.07.09 06:30 | EURUSD | OsMa Up Cross

4. If I need to change setting of OsMa, for example change setting from (12,26.9) to (16,39,9), it must be available in the indicator

5. Say, in Chart Window, I have opened EURUSD, USDJPY, AUDUSD, EURCHF, GBPJPY side by side, then when there is OsMA cross appears any pairs from these mentioned pairs, POP-UP message should appear.

6. If in the chart window, all charts are M15 based, the POP-UP message only should show message for M15 charts only.

7. If possible, I should receive message in my hand phone from MT4 apps or other way. There should some facilities for this.

8. I want one indicator instance to monitor all the opened charts. That means if I attach indicator in one chart, this should monitor all charts opened in chart window even modified indicator is not attached with those charts
