Need auto Fibonacci indicator

I need a developer help me create an indicator that have the following functions :

1) Draw fibonacci at minimum 300 pips and max 800 pips. If price from highest to lowest is less than 300 pips, then dont draw fibo. If more than 300 pips only draw fibo. (setting page must have "minimum pips" and "Maximum pips" allow me change numbers of pips).

2) Automatic expend fibo when price keep going to the same direction.

3) Delete fibo if price hit fibo 100.0

4) Delete fibo if price reach max 800 pips.

5) Always draw arrow at the next fibo level of pop up alert fibo level. For example, if pop up alert when price hit fibo 38.2, then draw arrow when price hit fibo 50.0. If pop up alert at fibo 50.0, then draw arrow at the candle that touch fibo 61.8. Setting page must have "pop alert at fibo level" for me to change pop up alert at which fibo level. Lets say if i choose pop alert at fibo 50.0, the indicator must auto draw arrow when candle touch fibo 61.8.
