Adaptation of a Multi Time Frame Bollinger Band Indicator to stop it repainting

I have a multi time frame indicator that allows me to see higher timeframe Bollinger bands on lower timeframe charts... for example H1 bollinger band on the M5 chart.

When the indicator is running it updates each bar in real time as the higher timeframe period progresses. This produces something like this (see unrefreshed.png)

When I refresh the chart or first load up the indicator it does not calculate like this – it calculate all past values in “steps” – I don’t want it to calculate in steps, I want it to recalculate the the higher timeframe figure as it would have been at the time of the lower timeframe bar, not recaluate all past lower timeframe bars to match the higher timeframe bar. I do not want steps like this (see refreshed.png).

As you can see, all of the values have been recalculate backwards (repainted) to match the close of the H1 candle.

It needs to work on any timeframe.

The code needs to be clean, minimal and logical.
