33% Tops and Bottoms

***PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS INDICATOR CAN WORK REGARDLESS OF THE TIME FRAME IT IS ATTACHED TO AND THAT IT DOESNT INTERFERE WITH THE OTHER 3 INDICATORS YOU HAVE BUILT (MOVE UP/DOWN,  3 CANDLE PATTERN AND MARKET INDICATOR ALERT INDICATOR)

33% Tops and Bottoms Rules:

1) Day closes at a new high over the previous Days highest price and closes in its Top 33%.

Or

2) Day Closes at a new Low below the previous Days Lowest price and closes in its bottom 33%.

This is very simple, I am not concerned with candlestick formations.  Not concerns with Time Frames.  Simple calculations!!
