33% Tops and Bottoms Rules:
1) Day closes at a new high over the previous Days highest price and closes in its Top 33%.
Or
2) Day Closes at a new Low below the previous Days Lowest price and closes in its bottom 33%.
This is very simple, I am not concerned with candlestick formations. Not concerns with Time Frames. Simple calculations!!
