EA code required for trading on MACD (4 hourly )

I required a code for trading on MACD on 4 hourly charts for currencies, with stoploss of 20 pips and takeprofit of 30 pips. it may take multiple entries in a single candle. it must have ability to set the liquidity to get exposed for buying. for example, we say that use 40% of equity of the account to get into the market
