Modification to an EA with 3 trading functions

I need an EA expert to go through my current EA and disable 2 out of the 3 trading indicators and to make some minor adjustments to the remaining indicator. I will have on going improvement work that will pay continuously until the EA is where i want it. I want to have a skype relationship with the coder and I have a fairly high budget for the long term of this EA.  The current EA is about 900 lines large but most of those lines are for other functions.
