Email Notification For Trade Activities in MT4

I am looking for a plug-in to be programmed for MT4 that would provide email notificatons when certain actions are completed.

Examples include: 

+ an order entry is completed

+ stop loss completed

+ take profit completed

If a stop loss or take profit is done the email also confirm how many pips are included, based on the entry price.

If an order is entered the information on the currency pair, time of day and price entered is passed along.
