if H4 STOCH <30 buy/sell

if D1 STOCH <30 buy/sell

if M15 RSI>60 buy/sell

if M30 RSI>60 buy/sell

if H1 RSI>60 buy/sell

if H4 RSI>60 buy/sell

if M15 RSI<30 buy/sell
