Copy metatrader to binary options account

I need an EA or some sort of plugin that can connect the signals I get on my metatrader and send them to my binary options account.

but with a few complex functions like setting the auto trader to:

- stop if my account reaches a certain amount

- double up but only after certain amount of wins/losses 

- manually adjust trade amount

and a few more, but I will discuss more in pm

The plugin will need to be very fast when trades are being places and no errors can occur such as

- being placed on the wrong asset/time frame

- using wrong trade amount
