XAUUSD M1 Scalping EA Optimization + Slippage Protection Bug

I am currently using a scalping EA on XAUUSD (M1) based on pending orders and ATR logic, and I’m looking for professional optimization and possibly strategy improvements.

My main goals:

• High-speed scalping (fast execution and fast entry logic)

• Ability to trade both directions simultaneously (true hedge mode: buy and sell at the same time)

• Professionally optimized pending order distance based on gold volatility

• Very fast break-even and an intelligent trailing stop suitable for M1 scalping

• Better handling of spread and slippage during high volatility

What I need from you:

1. Provide professional, battle-tested settings for aggressive but controlled gold scalping.

2. Optimize the following parameters:

   • ATR multipliers

   • Pending order distance

   • Break-even timing

   • Trailing stop logic

   • Spread and slippage filters

3. If possible, suggest improvements to the core strategy logic, not just parameter tuning.

⚠️ Important issue:
When I enable slippage protection, the EA suddenly stops opening trades. I need help identifying the cause and fixing this behavior.
