Custom indicator or an Expert Advisor (EA)

Hello,

I would like to convert my manual setup on MT4 into either a custom indicator or an Expert Advisor (EA) based on the following logic:

Indicators:

1. RSI with two periods:
   
• RSI(5)
• RSI(14), with levels: 9, 10, 92
2. 
   
3. Simple Moving Average (SMA):
   
• Period: 150
• Applied to: Close
4. 
   

Entry Conditions:

• Buy:
  
• RSI(14) drops below 10 and then crosses back up.
• Price is above the 150 SMA.
• Then wait for the price to move up 40 points from the signal before opening a trade.
• 
  
• Sell:
  
• RSI(14) rises above 92 and then crosses back down.
• Price is below the 150 SMA.
• Then wait for the price to move down 40 points from the signal before opening a trade.
• 
  

Additional Requirements:

• Alert (sound + popup) when signal conditions are met (before the 40-point move).
• Adjustable parameters (RSI periods, SMA period, level thresholds, 40-point trigger).
• Option to choose between Indicator (signals only) or EA (automated execution).
