Need a good coder long-term job

Looking for reliable coder, I have my own source file need optimisation or redo it from scratch, project i have like 4-5 project. 3 of them have source files. So need upgrades. Other 1-2 new project. I will start with project 1: call " correlation ea". Project 2: buy and sell ea: if you great with grid ea that's a bonus. Project 3: grid total : again if you good with grid bonus. Project 4: tma band : if you good at making indicator plus grid bonus.        Now about project 1: I am budgeting 200usd plus 50usd for a quality dashbord that will include features as close all, good info related to the ea, able to minised it...  I have a Correlation ea thst I want to upgrade or simply redo it ... most logic already coded. You can bring you idea too.Source files must be included and my project protected for copywrite etc... I need coder with fewer arbitrage,  good experience. Those without any review I will pass unless you have a very good excuse ...
