Bollinger Bands, RSI and Divergence Indicator needed

Dear Developers, i am looking for someone to build NON REPAINT indicator based on

• RSI (Relative Strength Index)
  • Period: 14
  • Oversold Level: 35
  • Overbought Level: 65
• Bollinger Bands
  • Period: 20
  • Deviation: 2

Signal Logic:

1. Bullish Signal:
   • A bearish candlestick closes below the lower Bollinger Band. {outside bands}
   • RSI is below 35 (oversold).
   • Regular Bullish Divergence: The second touch of the price forms a Lower Low (LL) while RSI forms a Higher Low (HL).
2. Bearish Signal:
   • A bullish candlestick closes above  upper Bollinger Band. {outside band}
   • RSI is above 65 (overbought).
   • Regular Bearish Divergence: The second touch of the price forms a Higher High (HH) while RSI forms a Lower High (LH).

GIVE PRE-ALERTS when price breaks lower or upper bands, RSI is oversold or overbought, a buy or sell signal must come after if it matches signal logic

Signal Generation and Divergence Confirmation:

• RSI + Bollinger Bands generate the signal.
• Divergence is used to confirm the signal for buy or sell decisions.(draw divergence dynamically)

Time Frame:

• Signals are generated for all timeframes, with each timeframe producing its own independent signal.

Visualization:

• Bullish signals: A green arrow appears below the bearish candlestick.
• Bearish signals: A red arrow appears above the bullish candlestick.
• Divergence Visualization:
  • Lines are drawn connecting the divergence points (price and RSI).
  • Different colors are used to distinguish between bullish (e.g., green) and bearish (e.g., red) divergences.

Alerts:

• Push notifications, email, or sound alerts will trigger when a signal is generated.

Additional Features:

• Configurable settings for all parameters (RSI, Bollinger Bands, signal expiry).
• Backtesting capability to analyze the performance of the strategy
