Simple Multi Timeframe RSI EA

I am learning to code a MTF RSI EA and stumbled upon the difficulty to align higher timeframe RSI value to lower timeframe bar. I want to learn and hence am looking for someone to develop and demonstrate a simple MTF RSI EA with the following requirements:

  • Deliver .mq5 source code

  • Accurately aligning the HTF RSI value to the LTF bars (RSI values from 4H map to corresponding 30M bars) 

  • Functional in both back testing and live trading 

  • Include logic to log all entry signals

  • Overbought and oversold counter trend entry

  • RSI at high timeframe and order entry at lower timeframe (user input)

  • Immediate order entry at signal (no delay)

  • Position closed when signal reversed

  • Simple fixed point Stop Loss and Take Profit  (user input parameter)

  • Fixed Volume (user input parameter)

  • Trailing Stop not required
