Create EA connected to Indicator with buffers on MT4

EA must be able to attach on chart with "Scalper Inside PRO (MT4)" and able to execute positions on real market based on indicator signals and settings. 

EA must be able to backtest based on indicator settings. 

Money management should be implemented: 

1. Fix lot Y/N (Zero means NO)

2. Dynamic lot based on step size and volume step  (Zero means NO) (Volume step for each balance step) for example position size = Volume step X Balance step

3. TP1 = Propotion of position size to close (in %) or close all or trailing*,  TP2 = Propotion of position size to close (in %) or close all or trailing*,  TP3 = Propotion of position size to close (in %) or close all or trailing*, TP End = *Trailing the rest of the position based on Indicator HTF Filter (YES/NO)

4. Recovery mode (Yes/No):

SL - Increase position size on ratio 

Recovery type: Full recovery (Recovery all loses) or Partially recovery (increase lot size once)
