Modify and De-Bug a simple scalping EA

Very good man, but can hold payment until he wants despite how quick a developer can finish a job. Not good personality.

I have a simple scalping EA that uses the crossover of two EMAs to place trades. I use it almost exclusively on EURUSD on 15M and 1H time frames. Here are the mods and corrections I need:

1. Sometimes it's buggy and doesn't place trades when it's supposed to, especially in the 1H time frame. I need this fixed.

2. I need the trade entries to be faster. Sometimes on 15M, an entire hour will pass after the EMA crossover before a trade is executed. I tried to have this fixed with a feature in the EA that's called "Additional Filter For Higher Timeframe," but I'm beginning to think the filter should be from a LOWER time frame. I would like to see if it is possible to enter into trade by looking at a lower time frame for confirmation that the EMAs have crossed over? For example, trades on the 15M time frame will look to the 5M time frame for confirmation that the EMAs have crossed over already in the same direction and take the trade. I don't know if this is possible, so I'm open to any suggestions to get the EA to place trades earlier in the trend.
