MyProject #3: write EA from existing Trend Indicator

Hi i would like to recreate an indicator similar to the ( chaos visual average) it has the indicator super smoother line that is added to a level chart, i have edited this ex4 file to my liking but i would like to combine it with another indicator, the only issue is that the signals i want the (chaos visual average) do not provide to combine it, i have sent image of the setting for the indicator. With settings i have set for the ( chaos visual averages) the indicator super smoother line when it pass above level 30 it shows green and when it goes below level -30 it shows red. What i need the newly created indicator to do instead is when it go above level 30 it shows no color until it goes back below level 30 it shows green and when it goes below level -30 it shows no color until it goes back above level -30 it shows red. After you created this indicator i have another ex4 file i would like to combine it with that provides arrow signals, but not to worry for i have the mql4 file for combiner indicator which only wants an alert settings added to it.
