EA based on ICT Silver Bullet strategy

Hello there,

I am looking for a developer who can create a strategy based on the following rules:

- The Silver Bullet strategy operates within one-hour window: 10am - 11am (New York GMT -5 Time) or 15:00 - 16:00 (GMT 0 London time)

- Strategy find the high and the low between 14:00 and 15:00 (London time)

- When the price cross above the high, or below the low, Expert advisor is looking for the first Fair value gap.

- Fair Value Gap is constructed of 3 consecutive same color candles, between the first and the third candle ( Look at the picture for reference)

- The approach involves opening a limit order on the first fair value gap at the highest/lowest point within the specified window.

- If the limit order is not filled by the end of the window, the pending order should be canceled. If the order is filled, the stop loss (SL) should be set at the lowest/highest point of the candle + 1 pip, and the take profit (TP) should be set at 1 time the risk (1RRR).

- The SL should be 1% of the account balance.

- I want to be able to manipulate lot size, Stop loss level, and TP level.

- I want this EA to be applicable to EURUSD (mostly), and other symbols
