i would like to create a MTF indicator based on an arrow indicator ( red and green arrows in picture attached) which also combines two pairs (for example Germany40 and Dow Jones)

Timeframe should be selectable (for example use M15 Data for M5 Chart) in every single combination.

i only have the .ex4 File of the indicator

as a result i need a mq4 Version of this project in order to build an expert advisor based on it.

Indicator should work in two sub-chart-windows with bars. (picture attached)

- first window: show one timeframe with "bar-signals" of the two pairs (if these occur at mean time, they should be displayed together, upon eachother), colors should be selectable

- second window: show the MTF TImeframe with "bar-signals" of the two pairs (if these occur at mean time, they should be displayed together, upon eachother)

colors should be selectable
