Custom Time boxes and important Highs&Lows indicator

Indicator with these features:

1. Draws horizontal lines at price high and price low within user defined start and end times
2. up to 12 of these start end times per day (if start and end time are same it doesn't draw anything)
3. start and end times are externs
4. option to customise line colors
5. option to control how many days from past the indicator appears.
6. The lines should start drawing from the open time until the close time.

Also, the indicator should should display the following levels with a horizontal line from origin until slightly to the right of current time.

1. yesterday High and low (changes every day)
2. Last week high and low (changes every week)
3. Custom session high low (today and yesterday)
4. specific time price level (for past x days)

eg. yesterday high level the line should be exactly from yesterday and display until end of today, or slightly to the right of current bar.

custom session high and low is for Asia, London, New York, but these session start and end times should be externs

specific time price level is for the midnight open, but this should be an extern. This should display today and 3 days previous levels. 

each of these lines should be have customisable labels, colors  line drawing options ( dotted, dashed etc)
